Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Delivery
1.1 Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DHL
1.2 We ship to the following countries: Germany, European Union
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 The shipping costs within Germany depend on the total price of the ordered goods.
Orders from 0 to 6.50 euros = 1.50 euros
Orders from 6.51 euros to 12.00 euros = 3.00 euros
Orders from €12.01 to €50.00 = €4.90
From 51.00 euros = free shipping.
2.2 If pickup has been agreed, the seller will inform the customer that the goods he has ordered are ready for pickup. After receiving this e-mail, the customer can collect the goods at the seller’s registered office or at an agreed place, after consultation with the seller. In this case there are no shipping costs.
From a gross order value of 51 EUR we ship free of charge.
For heavy and bulky items, a surcharge of EUR 15 per delivery address applies to the specified shipping costs. This is pointed out separately on the respective article page.
2.3 Up to an order value of 50.00 euros, we charge a flat-rate shipping cost of 10.00 euros. With an order value of 50.01 euros to 150.00 euros we charge a flat-rate shipping cost of 8.50 euros and with an order value of more than 150.00 euros we deliver free of charge.
2.4 In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.
